Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 07 days. If 07 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, you must have to put a request for cancellation the order within 7 days of receiving the order. Your item needs to have a receipt or proof of purchase.

Several types of services are exempt from being fully returned. Perishable goods such as hosting plans, and domain purchases cannot be returned.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular-priced services may be refunded. Sale services cannot be refunded.
